All Levels Yoga

This class instructs students in the fundamental principles of yoga poses and alignment, linked together by the breath. Students will be introduced to yoga through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. This class allows students of all levels to move at their own pace. Students will develop strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle.
To make registration easier for ongoing fitness programs, residents may now purchase classes up to three months in advance! $7 drop-ins available (exact cash or card only).
Class meets Monday/Wednesday.
Oct. Session: Oct 4-27 (8 classes) $27 - CLASSES ARE FULL
Nov. Session: Nov 1-29 (9 classes) $30 - Limited spots available
