There's never been a better time to learn how to meditate. On Monday evenings, April 20 through May 11, schedule some time for self-care. Meditation is used successfully to reduce stress and anxiety while practicing mindfulness. This exclusive, instructor-led class via Zoom will highlight easy-to-follow techniques that participants can do at home. These classes are offered free of charge to all DC Ranch residents, no registration required.

Instructor Bio: Robert has been studying and practicing yoga, meditation and spiritual development since his early 20’s, both in America and abroad. He is particularly drawn to realizing Presence techniques. He is a certified yoga teacher and additionally knows and practices various energy healing arts including reiki and sound healing and sound meditation.
