Water exercise is a great choice for burning calories, or for times when low impact workouts are more beneficial. Shallow Water Exercise uses music specifically chosen to improve your aerobic performance and overall enjoyment of the aerobic exercise experience. Meets Monday and Wednesday each week.
$24 fee per session (value of $3 per class) | $5 drop-in fee
8 minimum registrants to host classes for a session | Must meet requirement by 3 p.m. on the Thursday prior to start date.
No class will be held on Monday, Oct. 1.
Must be logged in to register.
