Strength & Balance

This class is designed for all levels to work on strengthening and lengthening muscles. It also works on your core and balance to give an all-around workout. A portion of the class will be done seated on a mat. Light weights and resistance bands will be available for use. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle.
To make registration easier for ongoing fitness programs, residents may now purchase classes up to three months in advance! $7 drop-ins available.
Class meets every Monday and Wednesday.
June session: Jun 2-30 (9 classes) $30
July session: Jul 12-28 (6 classes) $21 *no classes July 5 & 7 due to summer camps
August session: Aug 2-30 (9 classes) $30
For those unable to attend in person, there will be a free playlist of recorded classes.
