Strength & Balance

This class is designed for all levels to work on strengthening and lengthening muscles. It also works on your core and balance to give an all-around workout. A portion of the class will be done seated on a mat. Light weights and resistance bands will be available for use. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle.
To make registration easier for ongoing fitness programs, residents may now purchase classes up to three months in advance! $7 drop-ins available (exact cash or card only).
Class meets every Monday and Wednesday.
Sept. Session: Sept. 1-29 (8 classes) $27 *No class on Labor Day, Sept. 6
Oct. Session: Oct. 4-27 (8 classes) $27
Nov. Session: Nov. 1-29 (9 classes) $30
