Strength & Balance

An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until February 28, 2022
This class is designed to work on strengthening and lengthening your muscles. We will be working on your core and balance to give you an all-around workout. A portion of the class will be done seated on the mat. Chairs are optional. Light weights and resistance bands will be used. This class is designed for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle.
To make registration easier for ongoing fitness programs, residents may now purchase classes up to three months in advance! . $7 drop-ins available by card or cash (exact change only). Visit dcranch.com for calendar listings and to register.
