Strength & Balance

An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until August 31, 2022
This class is designed to work on strengthening and lengthening your muscles. Exercises focus on your core and balance to give a complete workout. A portion of the class will be done seated on the mat. Chairs are optional. Light weights and resistance bands will be used. This class is designed for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle.
