The Homestead Playhouse Auditions: Frozen JR.

The Homestead Playhouse is delighted to announce auditions for the spring production of Disney's Frozen JR.! Residents, neighbors and friends (ages 8-18) are invited to audition for a role in this enchanting modern classic from Disney. Frozen JR. is based on the 2018 Broadway musical, bringing Elsa, Anna and the magical land of Arendelle to life onstage. The show features all of the memorable songs from the animated film, plus five new songs written for the Broadway production.
Auditions will be in 45-minute time blocks, to allow for small groups. No preparation is required! Actors who come to auditions will be given small scenes to read, be taught a piece of choreography and will learn and sing a snippet of a song from the show.
Please review and fill out the audition packet and bring it with you to auditions.

Rehearsals for this show are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00-6:30. Rehearsals begin February 7 and the show runs the first week of May. We are looking to cast approximately 30 young people in this play. Not all auditioners will receive a role.
