Water fitness is an excellent way to get a low-impact cardio workout, tone & strengthen muscles and work your core. Come join in the fun and go at your own pace! All residents using the pool are required to check in at the front desk. Remember to bring a towel, water bottle and sunscreen.
NOTE: Beginning January 1st, 2023 All Fitness Class fees will increase to the following rates: $5 per class (when registering for the full month); $10 drop-in.
