An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until July 29, 2020

Bring Strength & Balance back to your fitness routine! DC Ranch instructor Heather will lead the class on Mondays and Wednesdays via live-stream. Just click the orange button below to join a few minutes prior to class time.

Must be logged into your resident account to view Zoom meeting information and access past class videos.

If you can't make it, or wish to take the class more than once a week, class recordings will be posted for residents to enjoy anytime.

All you'll need is a yoga mat (or beach towel) and weights (1, 2, 4, 5 or 6 lbs.). If you happen to have long resistance bands, you can do many of the exercises with the band instead of weights. If you don't have access to weights or bands, try some of these household products:

full water bottles
canned goods
dishwasher detergent bottles
text books
unopened printer paper packages
