An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until August 31, 2021
This class instructs students in the fundamental principles of yoga poses and alignment, linked together by breath. Students will be introduced to yoga through step-by-step instruction and demonstration. This class allows students of all levels to move at their own pace improving strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle.
To make registration easier for ongoing fitness programs, residents may now purchase classes up to three months in advance! $7 drop-ins available.
Class meets Tuesday/Thursday each week.
June session: Jun 1-29 (9 classes) $30
July session: Jul 1-29 (9 classes) $30
August session: Aug 3-31 (9 classes) $30
For those who are unable to attend in person, there will be a free playlist of recorded classes.
