Modification Committee Application

The Ranch Association is seeking applications for the Modification Committee. This position is ideal for residents interested in upholding DC Ranch community standards while reviewing submissions for home and landscape modifications in an objective and case-by-case basis. The purpose of the Modifications Committee is to provide review of modification submittals. Meetings are scheduled on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month to ensure compliance with the 30-day review requirement. Please complete the online form below to apply. In addition to the attributes and skills you might bring to the committee, please outline the reasons for your candidacy and what you hope to contribute to the DC Ranch community. It is important to understand that the terms of membership on this committee necessitate insight and awareness into the covenant standards of DC Ranch from an architectural and landscape standpoint. This role requires that members take into consideration all elements of the beautification and preservation of the DC Ranch brand while considering potential improvements (under 100 sq. feet), advancements and changes submitted on behalf of individual resident properties.
