CivicRec

CivicRec is DC Ranch’s online registration and reservation system. Residents can browse the catalog of events, programs and classes and register and pay online. Residents can also book, adjust and cancel pickleball and tennis court reservations.

Residents will need to log in to CivicRec before registering for programs or reserving courts.

CivicRec Account

Setting up a CivicRec account is a one-time process. If you have registered for programs or reserved courts since early 2022, you already have an account. Please refer to the instructions for how to check for a duplicate account and reset your password.

Residents may create one CivicRec account per household.

  • Go to CivicRec
  • Click Log in/Create Account in the upper left corner
  • Click Create Your DC Ranch Account (Blue button)
  • If you are on a mobile phone or tablet then click Account button/padlock symbol at the top of your device
  • Fill in required information for the primary account holder, except emergency contact
    • Note: The email address entered first will be the login for the household account
  • Click Next Step: Other Account Members at the bottom right to add additional family members. Your entire family will utilize one account
  • Click Save & Close at the bottom right
  • To receive text alerts (i.e. class cancellations or program reminders), indicate your mobile carrier next to your cell number
  • To receive important notifications, opt-in to receive all communication types (courtesy notifications, critical announcements, upcoming events)

Please note:

  • One account per household. Everyone residing in the home needs to be on the same account
  • Each account may include anyone living in the home more than 6 months per year
  • You may add additional household members (spouse, children, etc.) any time in your Account Settings
  • You will need the birthdate, phone number and email address (as applicable) for each registrant
  • Be sure to use your DC Ranch address and zip code for residency verification
  • Your account must be approved before you may register for an event or reserve a court the first time
    • All CivicRec accounts will be verified by a DC Ranch Community Council staff member within 72 hours
    • You will receive a confirmation email from the DC Ranch Community Council when your account is active

  • Click Forgot Password
  • Enter your email address and if you have a DC Ranch CivicRec account, a new password will be sent

  • Click +Add New Account Member
  • Follow the instructions to create a new account then click Save Account Member
  • You will receive an email confirmation from the DC Ranch Community Council when the new member is approved

Yes, you can update your information anytime. Click on Account from the online catalog page. This will take you to your DASHBOARD screen. Click the pencil icon to the right of your name and address to edit. Update any information as needed, and then click Save User on the bottom left of the screen.

Court Reservations

  • Go to CivicRec
  • Click Log in/Create Account in the upper left corner
  • Log into your account
  • Click Court Reservations Tab
  • Click on the court you wish to reserve (Pickleball or Tennis)
  • Click on the Date and Time range you wish to reserve
  • Click Add To Cart
  • Click Checkout
  • Click Review Transaction
  • Click Complete Transaction
  • A confirmation receipt will appear. You may email the receipt to the main account holder or print a copy

To cancel or adjust a reservation, you will need to either use a laptop/desktop computer or change to desktop version of your mobile device.

  • Go to CivicRec
  • To change to desktop version on your mobile device, click Menu in the upper left corner and click Desktop Version
  • Click Log in/Create Account in the upper left corner
  • Log into your account
  • Click Account in the upper left corner
  • Click Transaction History in the right side bar
  • Click Reservations in the top bar
  • Click on the Actions button to the right of the reservation you wish to adjust or cancel
  • Click Refund to cancel the reservation
  • Click Submit
  • Click OK
  • A confirmation receipt will appear. You may email the receipt to the main account holder or print a copy
  • Click Change to adjust the reservation
  • A screen will appear providing options for a New Date, New Times and Available Times
  • Choose the new date and time you prefer based on the available times
  • Click Review Transaction
  • Click Complete Transaction
  • A confirmation receipt will appear. You may email the receipt to the main account holder or print a copy

Yes, CivicRec does have a mobile version. Please note the screens will look different on the mobile version. Additionally, you can NOT adjust or cancel a tennis or pickleball court reservation on the mobile version. You will need to go to desktop view to adjust or cancel a reservation.

Program Registration

  • Go to CivicRec
  • Click Log in/Create Account in the upper left corner
  • Log into your account
  • Click Catalog in the upper left corner
  • You may use the Search field, Filter function on the left side of the page or click on one of the Tabs across the top of the page (i.e., Adult Programs, Youth Programs, etc.)
  • Click on the event, class or activity you wish to register for. This will open up details about the event, such as date, time, cost and location
  • On the right-hand side of the event details, you will see your household members. Select who will be attending this event
  • If you do not have your entire household added to your account, you can do so by selecting Add Account Member
  • Once you have selected the members, click the green Add To Cart button. This will open your cart details on the right side of your screen. If you are ready to check out, select the blue Checkout button at the bottom
  • If the event you selected requires more information, you will be prompted with instructions before you are able to check out. If you do not have any prompts, select Complete Payment
  • The following page will allow you to input your payment information
    • Some events may not require payment; however, you will need to complete this step
    • You will have the option to securely save your credit card for future transactions
  • An email confirmation receipt from the DC Ranch Community Council will be sent to the main account holder

All paid registrations are non-refundable. For free programs, please contact the program coordinator to remove you and open the spot to another resident.

DC Ranch highly encourages residents to pre-register or RSVP to ensure the best experience. Occasionally, there are a few spots open and staff can allow walk-ins. Please contact the program coordinator to see if there is space available.

Most DC Ranch programming is intended for residents only. If you would like to invite a guest, please contact the program coordinator for prior approval and to assist with registration.

DC Ranch is a dog-friendly community. However, we ask that you leave your dog home when attending programs, for the safety of your pet and other residents attending. Dogs are welcome at Yappy Hour. Check the DCRanch.com calendar or CivicRec catalog for the next Yappy Hour.

If a spot opens in a program and you are next on the waitlist, the program coordinator will contact you directly to register you.

Once you add a program to your cart, items will stay in your cart for 20 minutes to allow time for you to complete your transaction. Please do not begin the online registration process until you are ready to complete the transaction. This is important to remember if you are signing up for multiple classes or programs at one time.

You will receive an automatic email receipt from the DC Ranch Community Council. Please note the receipt will be sent to the main account holder for all transactions.

Yes, you can still register in person or by phone at The Homestead Community Center during lobby hours.

You can visit The Homestead Community Center during lobby hours to register in person and pay with cash.
