Meet the Team

Originally from New York, Lynn brings over 15 years of office management experience and is the key point of contact at The Ranch Office. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking and staying active at the gym.

Devin provides direct support and assistance to the Community Council Executive Director and serves as a liaison for the Community Council Board of Directors. She’s native to Arizona and enjoys spending time with family and volunteering.

Jay manages the IT for all DC Ranch staff and facilities.  In his spare time he enjoys hunting, live music, golf, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Chris monitors local and regional issues to proactively identify matters that may impact the community and advocates for the best possible outcome for DC Ranch. She enjoys yoga, pickleball, hiking, golf and spending time with her family.

Krystle brings over 17 years of experience in Human Resources and leadership. She supports the Community Council and Ranch Association in hiring, training and supporting team members. Outside of work, she enjoys airshows, car shows, concerts and spending time with her dog, Luna.

Elizabeth oversees the Communications Team for the Community Council, which is responsible for all print and digital communications, including Ranch News and DCRanch.com. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, playing piano and viola and spending time with family.

Alexandra creates content for ongoing communications like Ranch News, This Week on the Ranch and social media. She is an Arizona native and world traveler who speaks French fluently. Away from the keyboard, Alexandra enjoys being outdoors, reading, cooking and laughing with loved ones.

Tiffany supports the communications team with website updates, resident accounts and other various projects. The Arizona native and ASU graduate is also a 6x National Champion Cheer Coach with over 15 years’ experience. When she’s not chasing a deadline or her two young children, Tiffany can usually be found on the sidelines at a game or competition.

Jeopardy creates visual content aligned with DC Ranch brand standards and assists in the design and production of all print and digital collateral. In her free time, she enjoys spending time in the mountains with her dog, exploring Arizona, crafting and baking.

Lily enjoys getting to know residents and being part of the strong team at DC Ranch. She is currently a student at Arizona State University pursuing a major in psychology with a minor in sociology.

Luis oversees facility maintenance needs and manages the custodial team at both community centers and the security gate houses. In his free time, Luis enjoys attending school basketball games and practice with his family or working on home improvement projects.

Steven brings over a decade of experience in operations leadership within high-end, service-driven environments. Most recently, he served as a Facility Operations Manager at Life Time Fitness. He enjoys connecting with people and creating positive experiences for residents and guests alike. He is a proud parent of three children who stay very active in sports.

Kristin works as front desk receptionist at Desert Camp Community Center. She has lived in Arizona for 30 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, yoga, hiking and traveling.

Jackie provides direct supervision and support for the Community Centers and Amenities such as parks and trails throughout DC Ranch. She graduated from Northern Arizona University and has over 13 years of customer service experience in the health and wellness industry. When Jackie isn’t spending time with her two young children, she enjoys working out, going to concerts and sipping a nice glass of wine.

Originally from Seattle, Kaitlyn is an ASU graduate with experience in customer service, and health & wellness. She enjoys attending fitness classes, traveling and relaxing by the pool.

Julie recently rejoined DC Ranch to assist residents as a Community Center Concierge. She is an Arizona native who enjoys cooking, listening to music and attending her kids' sporting events in her free time.

Nina meets with residents interested in scheduling a private event at one of the DC Ranch facilities and also assists with the front desk at both community centers. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her puppy, training horses and doing anything outdoors.

Daniel enjoys meeting and helping DC Ranch residents. He is currently studying Finance at ASU and in his free time enjoys the outdoors.

Denise brings extensive customer service experience to assist residents at both community centers. She is also a student at Arizona State University.

Surya assists the front desk team with resident inquiries. He is currently working on a Bachelor of Science in Business Admin at Grand Canyon University. He enjoys being active outdoors during his free time.

James ensures that DC Ranch remains a desirable place to call home by working with residents to help maintain the standards of our community. With prior security experience at DC Ranch, he brings knowledge of DC Ranch standards and a strong rapport with residents. Originally from Kansas, James enjoys working with horses and exploring new things to do around the Valley.

Vince is responsible for helping residents adhere to the community guidelines and DC Ranch vision. In his free time he enjoys trying new restaurants, watching sports and exploring nearby trails.

Aidan helps conduct routine inspections of neighborhoods as well as scheduled visits to ensure conformance with the CC&Rs, Community Standards and Design Guidelines. He brings experience in property management and looks forward to developing relationships in the community. In his free time, he enjoys cycling and building computers.

Denyse supports the Covenant Commission's design review processes and related administrative functions. She brings a broad professional background in leadership, with experience spanning interior design, finance and project management.

Nicole plans all community events like Eggstravaganza, Spooky Carnival, DC Ranch Day and Social Hour. Originally from California, the ASU graduate spends her free time at the gym, learning about nutrition and fitness, or being outside with her dog.

Connor oversees DC Ranch Gives, new resident welcome and volunteer opportunities. A graduate of Washington State University, Connor brings a background in sports, recreation and event management. He’s passionate about the outdoors, community-building, and college athletics.

Faith helps lead a wide range of youth, arts and education programs for the community. Originally from Colorado, she graduated from Grand Canyon University in 2021 with a degree in Business Management. She enjoys traveling, being with friends and family, and serving with her church.

Omar coordinates recreation programs including fitness classes, health and wellness activities, path and trail walks, racquet sports, and more. Omar is an Arizona State University graduate. His personal endeavors include new ventures, landscape design and promoting a positive atmosphere.

Lynette oversees the Events & Recreation team for the Community Council which is responsible for all signature events; arts, education, social and recreation programming; resident-led clubs; and charitable events and partnerships. She’s an Arizona native who enjoys hiking with her family and dogs, day trips and visiting new restaurants.

Phillip brings extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer and Controller, including over 15 years in the homebuilding industry where he led financial operations. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Arizona State University. For fun, he enjoys spending weekends in Rocky Point with his wife.

Mitch oversees Accounting, IT and HR for Community Council. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a proud U.S. Navy veteran. With more than three decades of finance and leadership experience, he earned his B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University. In his spare time, Mitch loves to hike and trail run and spend time with his family.

Daniel supports daily financial operations for Community Council. He brings over 10 years of experience in financial reporting, revenue recognition, and operational cost analysis across various industries. The Arizona native loves country music, Dad jokes, working on muscle cars and spending time with his three kids.

Alma supports the Ranch Association and Community Council with maintaining financial records. Originally from Idaho, she enjoys dancing, singing karaoke, and has a passion for volunteer work.

Monika provides accounting support to major financial accounting areas, maintains the resident database and is a liaison with realtors and title companies for property transfers and disclosures. Originally from Poland, she has lived in Arizona 12 years. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, working out and hiking.

Jose works to keep common areas and parks looking clean and beautiful for residents. He is actively involved with his church community and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

After spending 4 years as front desk receptionist at the Ranch Offices, Deborah is now supporting the Landscape and Maintenance teams as the Operations Administrator. Originally from New Jersey (Go Yankees!), she also lived in the Bay Area (Go Niners!) before calling Arizona home. Deborah enjoys spending time with friends and her dog Lacey. She also enjoys golf, reading and sewing.

Jona provides direct supervision of the Community Council including Events, Programs and Recreation; Community Engagement; Communications; Community Centers and Amenities; and Public Affairs. Jona is a native Arizonan and proud Sun Devil (Arizona State University graduate). She spends her free time traveling, hiking, volunteering and enjoying a good glass of wine.

Scott oversees key operational and support functions focused on community safety and service excellence with 20+ years of experience in senior leadership roles. He is board certified in security management, holding a Certified Protection Professional ("CPP") through ASIS International and Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator (CHPA) from the International Association for Healthcare Security & Safety.  Scott enjoys spending time with family, cooking and traveling.

Kim has extensive experience within HOA operations management, design review, governing document oversight and compliance enforcement with several large-scale communities across the country. Kim holds professional credentials of Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS). Outside of work, she enjoys running with her three Labrador Retrievers, boating and playing tennis.

Alyssa assists residents with getting set up for gate access and any other questions they may have. She loves to go camping, take road trips, and read in her free time.

Aimee has served as GardaWorld Security’s Account Manager for the past year and brings more than 15 years of experience in security and operations. Her approachable style, strong leadership, and commitment to service have already made a positive impact in DC Ranch. Aimee is a passionate sports fan and plant mom who loves exploring Arizona.

Paul is the GardaWorld Security Account Manager, overseeing Community Patrol and Gate Access operations. He brings an extensive leadership background and a proven track record of success within GardaWorld and the broader security industry. He loves exploring the outdoors with his family while camping, fishing and riding motorcycles.
