Omar Conchas-Acuna

Administrative Coordinator

Omar provides administrative support to The Ranch Offices. He is an Arizona State University graduate. His personal endeavors include new ventures, landscape design and promoting a positive atmosphere.

Alaina Derbonne

Office Administrator Coordinator-Lead

Alaina brings extensive experience in office management, administrative support and customer service. She recently moved here from San Jose, California. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and exploring the outdoors with her dog Turtle.

Melissa Fuentes

Melissa provides support to the Executive Director and is responsible for carrying out the policies, procedures and practices for the Community Council. She enjoys spending time with family, music festivals and traveling.

Chris monitors local and regional issues to proactively identify matters that may impact the community and advocates for the best possible outcome for DC Ranch. She enjoys yoga, pickleball, hiking, golf and spending time with her family.

Deborah Lanza

Front Desk Receptionist

Deborah is the front desk receptionist at The Ranch Offices on Market Street and assists with new resident welcomes and tenant registrations. Originally from New Jersey (Go Yankees!), she also lived in the Bay Area (Go Niners!) before calling Arizona home. An avid dog lover, Deborah also enjoys golf, reading and sewing.

Davina Lunetta

Davina oversees the daily operation of Ranch Association projects. She enjoys running, hiking and is passionate about her charitable work with several veteran organizations.

Cheri Maki

Executive Assistant

Cheri Maki provides support to the Executive Director. She also acts as a liaison between the Executive Team and the Board of Directors for The Community Council, Ranch Association and Covenant Commission. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dog, knitting, board games with friends and exploring new hiking trails.

Elizabeth oversees the Communications Team for the Community Council, which is responsible for all print and digital communications, including Ranch News and DCRanch.com. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, playing piano and viola and spending time with family.

Alexandra Duemer

Luis Ayala

Maintenance and Custodial Manager

Luis oversees facility maintenance needs and manages the custodial team at both community centers and the security gate houses. In his free time, Luis enjoys attending school basketball games and practice with his family or working on home improvement projects.

Dawn Betten

As front desk receptionist at The Homestead and Desert Camp Community Center, Dawn enjoys meeting and assisting residents. She moved to Arizona from Illinois eight years ago. Dawn enjoys hiking, gardening, movies, visiting museums and spending time with family.

Sarah Carry

Sarah is a proud Arizona native with over 2o years in customer service. On her days off, she enjoys soaking up the sun.

Kristin Coons

Kristin works as front desk receptionist at Desert Camp Community Center. She has lived in Arizona for 30 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, yoga, hiking and traveling.

Olivia David

Community Center Concierge

Olivia brings great experience in customer service and hospitality. She is passionate about making new connections and enjoys engaging with residents and guests. Olivia is studying business and accounting and is also fluent in Tagalog.

Victor Diaz

Community Center Manager

Victor oversees both community centers. He is a graduate of Northern Arizona University and has an extensive background in hospitality and customer service. In his spare time, Victor is a personal trainer and jiu-jitsu practitioner.

Jackie Flores

Community Center and Amenities Director

Jackie provides direct supervision and support for the Community Centers and Amenities such as parks and trails throughout DC Ranch. She graduated from Northern Arizona University and has over 13 years of customer service experience in the health and wellness industry. When Jackie isn’t spending time with her two young children, she enjoys working out, going to concerts and sipping a nice glass of wine.

Aubriana Garvy

Aubriana looks forward to assisting residents with their inquiries. Her passions include flower arranging and animals.

Julie recently rejoined DC Ranch to assist residents as a Community Center Concierge. She is an Arizona native who enjoys cooking, listening to music and attending her kids' sporting events in her free time.

Nina Gertzman

Nina meets with residents interested in scheduling a private event at one of the DC Ranch facilities and also assists with the front desk at both community centers. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her puppy, training horses and doing anything outdoors.

Aiden helps conduct routine inspections of neighborhoods as well as scheduled visits to ensure conformance with the CC&Rs, Community Standards and Design Guidelines. He brings experience in property management and looks forward to developing relationships in the community. In his free time, he enjoys cycling and building computers.

Alaina Savage

Alaina is responsible for processing all incoming submissions for new home builds and for modifications to existing homes that are over 100 square feet in DC Ranch. In her free time, Alaina trains ex-racehorses, spends time with her own ex-racehorse Gio, and her three dogs Kya, Tyson and Odin.

Devin oversees the New Resident Welcome program, DC Ranch Gives volunteer program, assists resident-led program committees, serves as a liaison for the commercial centers within DC Ranch, and assists the Events Team with special projects. She enjoys spending time with her family and young son.

Nicole Andreae

Nicole helps plan and program community signature events like Eggstravaganza, Spooky Carnival, DC Ranch Day and Park Parties. Originally from California, the ASU graduate spends her free time at the gym, learning about nutrition and fitness, or being outside with her dog.

Lindsay creates and executes programming for residents of all ages including The Homestead Playhouse, Lifelong Learning, Summer Camps and the Performing Arts. Off the ranch, she and her family are Disney fanatics who love collecting antiques.

Torrie Walker Jr.

Torrie oversees planning and producing fitness classes, health & wellness programs, racquet sports and certain Resident-Led Clubs. Torrie is a former collegiate track and field athlete with extensive experience in sports recreation. He enjoys training his kids and watching them play sports in his spare time.

Lynette oversees the Events & Programs team for the Community Council which is responsible for all signature events, arts and education programming, and large-scale charitable events and partnerships. She’s an Arizona native who enjoys hiking with her family and dogs, day trips and visiting new restaurants.

Amanda Jones

Amanda assists Community Council with company purchasing by obtaining competitive bids and adhering to internal standards to maximize efficiency and cost-saving. She was born and raised in Arizona. In her free time, she enjoys yoga and long walks with her dog Moose.

Taylor Kershner

Accounting Assistant

Taylor is responsible for handling accounts payable and providing support with other daily accounting functions. She is an Arizona native who graduated from Arizona State University. In her free time she enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with friends, family and her dog Marly.

Laura Spears

Laura is responsible for the processing of month end financials as well as other daily accounting functions. She moved to Arizona from Michigan five years ago. When not at work, Laura enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Monika Truax

Accounting Specialist

Monika provides accounting support to major financial accounting areas, maintains the resident database and is a liaison with realtors and title companies for property transfers and disclosures. Originally from Poland, she has lived in Arizona 12 years. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, working out and hiking.

Jona Davis

Jona is a native Arizonan and proud Sun Devil (Arizona State University graduate). She spends her free time traveling, hiking, volunteering and enjoying a good glass of wine.

Jenna Kohl

A passionate advocate for community building and engagement, Jenna's role is to serve the Boards, employees and community; ensure adherence to the governing documents; and carry out the DC Ranch mission and vision with excellence.

Dee Nortman

Director of Finance and Administration

Dee leads the team that oversees finance and accounting for the Community Council, the Ranch Association and Covenant Commission in addition to IT and human resources. She has lived in Arizona for 45 years, graduated from University of Arizona and is a CPA. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, hiking, reading and traveling.

Dana Bondon

Modification Specialist

Dana is responsible for processing and reviewing all DC Ranch paint and landscape modifications. In her free time she enjoys hiking, traveling, gardening and spending time with her three dogs.

Kim Visser

Director of Modifications and Standards

Kim has extensive experience within HOA operations management, design review, governing document oversight and compliance enforcement with several large-scale communities across the country. Kim holds professional credentials of Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS). Outside of work, she enjoys running with her three Labrador Retrievers, boating and playing tennis.

Michael Thorstad

Originally from Montana, Michael received a degree in sociology with an emphasis in criminology. He works with Anderson Security to administer daily operations and train all gate staff. Away from work, he enjoys fishing and watching or playing sports.
