Club Automation
DC Ranch will be launching Club Automation, a new program registration and court reservation platform, on March 3. The new platform will provide convenient online and mobile-friendly registration for fitness classes, programs and events, and court reservations; a DC Ranch-branded mobile app to keep you informed about activities and offerings at both Community Centers; and a more streamlined, user-friendly experience for households.
How to access Club Automation:
- Visit DCRanch.ClubAutomation.com. Use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to access the website; the site may not function correctly in other browsers.
- DC Ranch Community app. Search “DC Ranch Community” in the app stores to download. The app is now available in the Apple Store. For Android users, the app release has been unfortunately delayed; more information will be shared once the app is live in the Play Store. It is recommended that you allow the app to send push notifications so you can stay informed about upcoming programs and receive community center announcements.
Residents will be able to complete their account setup in advance. The full functionality of the platform, including court reservations and program registrations, will go live on March 3.
How to log in for the first time
For residents with Verkada access, your account was imported into Club Automation to streamline the process. Verkada is the access management system residents can use via an app on their mobile device to gain entry to both community centers and external amenities such as the pickleball and tennis courts.
On Feb. 27, at 7:15 p.m., residents received an email from Club Automation that included your unique username and password. Visit DCRanch.ClubAutomation.com to complete your account setup. Refer to the step-by-step instructions for more information.
Residents will need to have the following to complete account setup:
- Credit or debit card
- Emergency contact information
Please note that due to how the accounts were uploaded, gender was defaulted to male. You will be able to update this during the account setup process or after you have logged into your account.
If you have issues during account setup, contact Desert Camp Community Center at 480.342.7178 or DCRCommunityCenters@dcranchinc.com. Desert Camp is staffed daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Please note that response times may be longer than usual as the team will be assisting many residents over the first few days of Club Automation launch.
Information for households without Verkada access
Households that do not yet have Verkada access should visit Desert Camp Community Center to get set up. Residents without Verkada access on file will be unable to register for programs or reserve courts until this step is completed.
Program registration: key dates and important information
- March fitness classes and programs: registration will remain in CivicRec through March 31.
- April/May fitness classes: registration will open on March 3 at 7 a.m. in Club Automation.
- April/May programs and events: registration will now open 30 days before each program or event date and will continue on a rolling basis in Club Automation. Registration for some programs and events may open more than 30 days in advance; any exceptions will be noted.
- Processing fees: as with many modern registration platforms, standard credit card processing fees will apply at checkout.
- Guest policy: while most DC Ranch programs are intended for residents only, there may be an instance where residents would like to invite a guest. There are many factors such as space, capacity, food, beverage, etc. that the program coordinators must consider for each program and may not always be able to accommodate a guest. If space allows, residents may register guest(s) 7 days before the program in Club Automation. Please contact events@dcranchinc.com for more information and questions.
- Cancellations: please note due to popularity of programs and fitness classes, all registrations are non-refundable.
Court reservations: key dates and important information
- Beginning March 3, all tennis and pickleball reservations for March 10 and beyond will be booked in Club Automation.
- For court reservations between March 3-9, residents can continue to book in CivicRec.
- All current court reservation policies remain the same. Residents can book 2 hours of court time per day for each household. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance through the mobile app or browser. Same-day bookings can be made by calling or visiting Desert Camp Community Center. Pickleball Court 1 will continue to be open for drop-in play.
