Construction work set to begin on DC Ranch Neighborhood Park Phase One

The City of Scottsdale issued the following notification regarding construction in DC Ranch:

In late February, the City of Scottsdale will begin construction work on the first phase of what will eventually be DC Ranch Neighborhood Park located at 91st Street and Trailside View. The first phase of construction will include a lake with a trail around it, pump station, landscaping, and limited parking.

Construction work will take place Monday – Friday beginning at 7 a.m. In April, work will begin earlier due to rising temperatures. Occasional weekend work may be needed.

All work will be preformed by Hunter Contracting Co. Phase 1 construction is expected to be complete by the end of the year and is being constructed in conjunction with the Bell Road Sport Complex to provide water to the fields.

There is not currently a developed plan for the second phase of the DC Ranch Neighborhood Park, however the city will be providing opportunity for feedback from the community and the DC Ranch governing entities on ideas for future park improvements.
