Water fitness is an excellent way to get a low impact cardio workout while toning and strengthening muscles. Come join the fun and go at your own pace! All residents using the pool are required to check in at the front desk. Remember to bring a towel, water bottle and sunscreen. There are no classes on Dec. 24, 25, 31 Jan. 1, 2 and 19.
