Overcome reluctance to act in emergency situations and learn how to recognize and care for life-threatening respiratory or cardiac emergencies. The class covers adult, child and infant CPR, the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and first aid for choking. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
