Geared toward solo travelers and adventurers, the skills learned during this workshop with Safe Adventures could ultimately save a life. Tools and topics include how to recognize red flags, create boundaries, communicate and defend yourself, if necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing to practice self-defense tips.
