Experience deep relaxation in this gentle, supportive class designed to reduce stress and promote healing. Using props like bolsters and blankets, participants are guided into comfortable, restful poses that encourage the release of physical tension and mental fatigue. Ideal for all levels. There are no classes on Dec. 24, 25, 31 Jan. 1, 2 and 19.
