This energizing step class is designed for all fitness levels and focuses on low-impact cardio using a step platform. With fun, rhythmic movements, you’ll get your heart rate up while improving coordination and endurance. Light weights and resistance bands will be available to enhance your workout. Please bring a towel and water bottle. There are no classes on Dec. 24, 25, 31 Jan. 1, 2 and 19.
