Strength & Balance

This class is designed to work on strengthening and lengthening your muscles. We will be working on your core and balance to give you an all-around workout. A portion of the class will be done seated on the mat. Chairs are optional. Light weights and resistance bands will be used. This class is designed for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle.
NOTE: Beginning January 1, 2023 all fitness class fees will increase to the following rates: $5 per class (when registering for the full month); $10 drop-in.
Mondays and Wednesdays
