This class instructs students in the fundamental principles of yoga poses and alignment, linked together by breath. Students will be introduced to yoga through step-by-step instruction and demonstration. This class allows students of all levels to move at their own pace improving strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle. This class will transition to Desert Camp after reopening.
