Designed for the beginner, learn how to incorporate yoga breathing techniques, body and spinal alignment and how to properly and safely work your body into different yoga postures including standing, sitting and balancing poses. This class focuses on stretching the larger muscle groups, helping improve flexibility and decreasing risk for injury. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. No classes on Sept. 1 or Nov. 26-28.
