Learn the advanced principles of yoga poses and alignment, seamlessly integrated with breath work. Residents acquire a deeper understanding of yoga mechanics through detailed instructions and demonstrations. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle. There are no classes on Dec. 24, 25, 31 Jan. 1, 2 and 19.
