Media Library Request

This Media Library Policy (this “Policy”) outlines the usage of the DC Ranch Media Library (“Library”), which is accessible via Dropbox to agents and agencies that have followed the appropriate steps and been approved by the DC Ranch Community Council (the “Council”) for access and use of photographs and other media contained in the Library (the “Media”) in accordance with this Policy.

To receive access to the Library, agents and agencies must complete the Media Library Request Form, which can be found on DCRanch.com. By completing the Media Library Request Form, the agent and/or agency (“Agent”) certifies that Agent has read, understood, and agreed to bound by this Policy.

The Council is the rightful owner of all Media in the Library. The Council reserves the right to add or remove Media to or from the Library at any time. To request an addition to the Library, contact communications.team@dcranchinc.com.

Agents shall only use the Media in MLS listings for homes for sale within DC Ranch boundaries. All other use of the Media is prohibited, including, but not limited to, use on Agent websites, marketing materials, digital or print advertising, and other materials. The Media shall not be used on listings for homes in other communities that are not within DC Ranch or to misrepresent DC Ranch to buyers. The Media shall not be sold, or used for profit in any manner inconsistent with the foregoing. The Media must be used to promote DC Ranch in a positive manner.

Agent agrees not to edit or alter the Media in any way that changes the subject or meaning of the Media, or removes the watermark. The Media cannot be shared with other agencies or outside agents. The person completing the Media Library Request Form on behalf of an agency shall be responsible for all individual agent’s use of the Media and compliance with this Policy.

If an Agent is found in violation of this Policy, the Council may revoke Agent’s access to the Library. Upon such revocation, Agent agrees to immediately cease all usage of the Media.

In consideration of the agreement of the Council to allow Agent access to the Library and use of the Media consistent with this Policy, Agent agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Council, and its affiliates, directors, officers, agents, and employees from and against any losses, claims, damages, judgments, assessments, costs, and other liabilities arising out of or in connection with Agent’s access to the Library or Agent’s use of the Media.
