Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona Sponsorship
Every home and family are built upon a strong foundation—and that’s exactly what DC Ranch is focused on now. While residents’ original goal to fully sponsor a Habitat for Humanity home at the $120,000 Home Sweet Home sponsorship level fell short, the community’s heart and commitment remain strong. DC Ranch has relaunched this effort as the Strong Foundation Sponsor with a new goal of $40,000. Residents are just $7,500 away from reaching it, and with your help, we can get there!
Now through the end of September, make your tax-deductible donation to wrap up this meaningful initiative. Special thanks to everyone who has already contributed. Your generosity and dedication to building a better future leaves a lasting legacy for a deserving family in the Phoenix metro area.
How can DC Ranch residents get involved?
- Make a donation. On the donation form, choose the “I am giving on behalf of my neighborhood/specific build” designation and select DC Ranch in the neighborhood drop-down.
- You can re-direct your 2025 Arizona tax dollars with your donation, meaning it’s at no direct cost to you. Learn more about how to claim your donation (up to $987 for couples and $495 for individuals) as part of the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit. The 2025 credit can be claimed on returns filed in April 2026.
- Volunteer. Sign up for build days to support construction efforts. No experience is necessary. Habitat ensures every volunteer has a role. More information on volunteer opportunities will be posted when the construction schedule is determined.
- Stay updated. Track the project’s process and celebrate milestones with the DC Ranch community.
