Event description

All requests will be reviewed by the DC Ranch Community Standards Department. You will receive an email with conditions that must be followed. If you live behind a manned gate, you will need to submit a complete guest list to the gatehouse prior to the event. By submitting this form, you agree to follow all Community Rules and Regulations including, but not limited to, the items listed below under the Consent. DC Ranch reserves the right to refuse any request if it is believed the safety and security of the Community would be at risk or if it conflicts with another scheduled event.

DC Ranch encourages connectivity among its residents and provides Private Common Area Parks and Green Spaces which are perfect for hosting an event. DC Ranch offers park usage for resident-hosted events. Park Guidelines include, but are not limited to:

Equipment
1) Prohibited items include water slides, water toys, water balloons, and any type of organized sports such as teams with regularly scheduled practices, matches, or team members that reside outside of DC Ranch.
2) Children’s bounce houses are permitted, but must be weighted with sandbags or cement blocks, not stakes. These items must also be dropped off and picked up the same day.

Guidelines
1) Guest vehicles parked on the street shall be on the same side, facing the same direction to allow one full lane for emergency vehicle access. If a Community Park is being used for the event, guest vehicles shall be parked on the outer lane, on the same side, facing the same direction to allow one full lane for emergency vehicle access. Please refer to DCR-12 Parking. Food trucks and other vendors shall be parked in a private drive. If the private drive is not an option, vendors shall be parked with guests vehicles in such a manner that does not prohibit traffic or emergency access.
2) Resident hosting event will be responsible for all trash and equipment clean-up. Resident will be responsible to return the event location to its original condition and leave the area looking welcoming.
3) Residents and their guests/vendors shall behave in a civil and neighborly manner, please refer to DCR-03 Civil Dialogue. If any type of nuisance occurs, Community Patrol may be called to give a warning or to potentially shut down the event. Please refer to DCR-10 Nuisance.
4) Events being held in Common Areas will be permitted from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Events being held on private property will follow the City of Scottsdale Guidelines of 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
