In order to provide the best service possible, DC Ranch Community Patrol and Gate Access requests that residents complete this form to notify staff of your extended leave. This will allow the Community Patrol team to better accommodate any visitors while you’re away (e.g. delivery drivers, vendors, tenants) that may need access to your property and put patrol on alert to check for suspicious activity.
