Road Reports
The Ranch Association Budget & Finance Committee’s Reserves Subcommittee is assessing reserve projects, including funding needs, and exploring alternative funding strategies. Their preliminary findings are summarized in this report and will be refined as the evaluation continues. At its February 3 meeting, the Ranch Association Board established a plan to develop the 2025 Reserve Project schedules, gather NVM input, and determine the next steps. View Reserves Report.
The Ranch Association has contracted with Frank Civil Consulting to complete a comprehensive inspection of all pavement and related components of the roadways under the DC Ranch Association’s purview. This is a multi-phased project, to include inspections, initial reports, development of recommendations and cost estimates, creation of an action plan to include funding sources, bidding, and multi-year implementation. Frank Civil Consulting will also prepare a 10 Year Maintenance Study and Strategy to ensure long-term care of DC Ranch’s roadways.
Residents are invited to review these initial reports. They are for resident viewing only and should not be shared. As these are preliminary, they may change. Also, timeline, funding, prioritization levels, and other details are not available at this time and will be shared when the final reports are complete. Residents should hold any questions or comments until the reports are finalized. There will be opportunities to learn more and ask questions in the future once the comprehensive report is available later this year.
