Scottsdale requesting resident input on DC Ranch Neighborhood Park
The City of Scottsdale has posted a virtual presentation to seek public input on future amenities for the DC Ranch Neighborhood Park.
Residents are encouraged to participate as soon as possible.
Located at the southwest corner of 91st Street and Trailside View, the City is currently constructing Phase One of the park.
Phase One includes a lake with a pumphouse, a small shade structure, walking trails, small parking lot and landscaping.
What would you and your family enjoy having as part of Phase Two? A youth playground for children 6 and older, volleyball, pickleball, basketball, and exercise circuit are all options that have been mentioned by DC Ranch residents in the past.
While the City does not currently have funding for Phase Two, the Community Council is advocating for funds to complete the park be placed in the City’s future Capital Improvement Budget.
The DC Ranch Neighborhood Park Virtual Public Meeting runs until Oct. 15.
Anyone with questions about the park can email DC Ranch Director of Public Affairs Chris Irish at chris.irish@dcranchinc.com.
