Residents and NVMs are encouraged to attend. Agenda and materials are posted here 72 hours prior to the meeting, per the governing documents.

Board of Director election results and a recap of 2023 improvements and changes will be discussed during the Annual Meeting. Residents are encouraged to attend at The Homestead or join via zoom.

Immediately following the annual meeting, a special board meeting will be held to discuss the election of officers, appointment of committee chair positions and other board matters. Join via zoom.
