NOTICE OF POLICY COMMITTEE MEETING AND POSSIBLE BOARD QUORUM

Notice is hereby provided that a quorum of the DC Ranch Association Board of Directors may be present at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Policy Committee.  The purpose of the meeting is to review and discuss matters within the Policy Committee’s assigned responsibilities, as reflected in the Committee’s published agenda.

While a quorum of the Ranch Association Board may be present, the meeting is being conducted as a Policy Committee meeting, and no formal action or votes of the Ranch Association Board are scheduled or will be taken.

This notice is provided in the interest of transparency and compliance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 33-1804.
