Notice of Ranch Association Board Executive Session
Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Association’s governing documents and Arizona Civil Code, that a Ranch Association Board executive session will be held July 10 at 12 p.m. via Zoom videoconference. Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes Section 33-1804(A)(1)(2), the Board will consult with the Association’s legal counsel for legal advice and discuss pending or contemplated litigation.
