Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Association’s governing documents and Arizona Civil Code, that a Ranch Association Board executive session will be held April 1, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at NextSpace (8399 E. Hartford Drive, Scottsdale AZ 85255). Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes Section 33-1804(A)(1), the Board will receive advice from legal counsel.
