Experience deep relaxation in this gentle, supportive class designed to reduce stress and promote healing. Using props like yoga blocks and blankets, participants are guided into comfortable, restful poses that encourage the release of physical tension and mental fatigue. Ideal for all levels, this practice activates the parasympathetic nervous system, quiets the mind, and fosters a sense of calm and well-being. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket, towel and water bottle. A bolster pillow is also recommended. No classes Nov. 26-28.
