Strength & Balance

This class is designed for all levels to work on strengthening and lengthening muscles. It also works on your core and balance to give an all-around workout. A portion of the class will be done seated on a mat. Light weights and resistance bands will be available for use. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle.
Due to popularity of this class, a Thursday option has been added to the calendar.
