Learn how your leadership skills can help DC Ranch
DC Ranch is accepting applications for the community’s Leadership Academy.
In 2020, DC Ranch launched a leadership program for residents interested in learning more about the community’s governance and operations.
Twenty residents completed Class I, preparing them to serve as committee members, focus group participants, outreach ambassadors, Neighborhood Voting Members, and directors on the Ranch Association or Community Council boards.
Participation in the DC Ranch Leadership Academy allows residents to meet others in a collaborative learning format and establish positive relationships.
There will be eight sessions, meeting two times per month, beginning in early August. Each session includes classroom-style instruction with an interactive problem-solving segment where participants work collectively.
Class II applications and more detailed information are now available. The deadline to apply is July 15.
