Ranch Association Board Committees

The DC Ranch Association Budget & Finance Committee is appointed annually by the Ranch Association Board of Directors, with the Treasurer serving as Chair. The mission of the committee is to ensure that the Association is adequately budgeted, and that financial records and reporting processes meet expectations set by the Committee, as well as associated policy requirements. Ranch Association Budget & Finance Committee members meet at least quarterly to review financial reports and investments, engage with the auditor to discuss the annual audit report, participate in the budget development process and evaluate Reserve Fund balances, as well as advance other finance related projects.

The Modification Committee reviews submittals pertaining to landscape inspections and architectural modifications under 100 square feet. Owners with outstanding covenant or Transfer/Disclosure infractions are not eligible to submit modification applications to the Modifications Committee. The committee meets twice a month on Tuesdays. View the calendar for meeting dates and more information.

The Ranch Association Board of Directors has adopted a new charter for a Community Patrol and Gate Access Committee. The committee will seek resident input regarding matters of community security and to make recommended changes to the scope of services offered by a third-party security provider. The Board would also like to see recommendations on speed limits, speed deterrent alternatives and how to reduce motorized vehicles on paths.

The committee will be comprised of no more than seven members; two members will be Board directors, and Greg Kiraly has been appointed as Chair. Committee members represent all four Villages, manned and unmanned gates, and a minimum of one resident from a sub-association.
