Ranch Association Budget & Finance Committee Application

The Ranch Association is seeking applications for two (2) positions on the Budget & Finance Committee. The committee provides advice to the Ranch Association’s Board of Directors in four main areas: reviewing financial statements and investments, assistance in auditor selection and annual audit review, reviewing and recommending revisions of financial and investment policies, and providing guidance to the Board during annual budget development. The committee typically meets quarterly, and more frequently during budget preparation.

Feel free to share any information you feel is pertinent, taking particular care to address the following areas: The Finance Committee provides advice to the Ranch’s Board of Directors in four main areas: reviewing financial statements and investments, assistance in auditor selection and annual audit review, reviewing and recommending revisions of financial and investment policies, and providing guidance to the Board during annual budget development. Please describe your experience in these fields, or similar areas. The Committee will be comprised of members with expertise in banking, investments, public accounting, CPA/Finance Director experience, insurance, or other finance related fields.
