Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Association’s governing documents and Arizona Civil Code, that a Ranch Association Board executive session will be held Feb. 2, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at the Ranch Office. Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes Section 33-1804(A)(1)(3)(4), the Board will consult with the Association’s legal counsel for legal advice and discuss personnel matters.
